I listen to guided meditations every day. Erick Brown has a variety of books on Audible on different subjects and several of them have helped me grealty. “you already have everything you need…” Jay Shetty was talking about living as a monk and he would get up at 4am and do nothing. He learned how to break the whole stimulus response circut.
Marky Mark Walhberg says he gets up at 4am and prays and works out and meditates and by 6am he is ready to start his day.
I like to get up ealry. Say in bed for a while and meditate. Then enjoy some quiet time for myself until the dogs realize that I am up. I get to teach yoga this morning and I am happy. Peace and love. Sam :)
