About Hot Yoga Auburn

A place to heal, grow, and feel stronger.

More than a yoga studio.
A place to move, sweat, and feel better.

For over 25 years, Hot Yoga Auburn has been a place where people come to move, challenge themselves, and feel better in their bodies.

Our mission is simple:

Create a welcoming space for powerful classes where everyone can move, grow, and feel at home.

The spaces

Two Rooms. Two Ways to Turn Up Your Practice.

Whether you’re looking for serious heat or a more moderate temperature, we have a space designed to help you get the most out of your practice.

95–105°F

Bigger Hotter Room

Turn up the heat.

Our signature hot room is where we turn up the temperature – and the intensity. Heated to approximately 95–105°F, the Bigger Hotter Room creates an environment where your heart rate rises, your muscles warm up, and you can really settle into your practice.

With space for up to 45 students, this is our biggest room and home to some of our most challenging, sweat-inducing classes. The heat adds another layer to your workout, making it an especially great choice when you’re ready to push yourself, build endurance, and leave knowing you worked hard.

85–90°F

Small Hot Room

A little less heat. Plenty of ways to move.

Our Small Hot Room is maintained at approximately 85°F, offering a more moderate temperature while still giving you the benefits of practicing warm.

With space for up to 30 students, it’s a more intimate setting that’s perfect if you’re sensitive to heat, looking for a different kind of practice, or simply want to ease into the HYA experience. It’s also a great place to start if walking into a 95°+ room sounds a little intimidating.

Guaranteed to still move, strengthen, sweat, and challenge yourself – without quite as much heat.
