New member FAQs

  • What do I need to bring?

    Most importantly - yourself! Bring a mat, a large towel, and water. Drink water throughout the day so you feel strong, energized, and ready to get the most out of your practice.

  • What should I wear?

    Wear something you are comfortable in. Workout shorts or leggings, tight-fitting tank top or t-shirt or a sports bra. Remember you are going to sweat, so something that isn't too heavy or loose.

  • When should I arrive?

    Arrive at least 15 minutes before your class time so you can check in, get shown around and get settled on your mat.

  • What class should I take first?

    All of our classes are beginner friendly. You might see other students doing something you can't. That's ok! Our teachers will always give modifications and allow you to go at your own pace.

  • Mats/towels to rent?

    Yes. We rent mats for $2. You can purchase a towel for $5.

  • Other equipment?

    We have a variety of weights, resistance bands, yoga blocks, and any other equipment that might be required for your class.

  • New to hot rooms — will it be too hard?

    Rest when you need to, go at your own pace, and you will be fine. After a few classes, you will get used to the heat and soon look forward to it!

  • Where to park?

    We have plenty of parking right in the studio parking lot.

  • Where is the studio?

    We are located in the Heritage Plaza in Auburn, at 567 Southbridge St, Auburn, MA.
