Emylia Little

Zen Master

Emylia has one of those voices that could probably convince you to relax in the middle of just about anything. Soothing, grounding, and –as more than one student has described it –slightly magical, it’s one of the things that makes an Emylia class unmistakably hers. She has a warm, caring presence that draws you into the practice and makes you feel like you belong there, whether you’ve been practicing for years or are still figuring out which way your body is supposed to bend.

But don’t let all that Zen fool you into thinking things get too serious. Emylia is warm, witty, and wonderfully playful. She brings creativity and humor into her classes, offers plenty of options for different bodies and experience levels, and has a way of keeping you connected to the practice without making everything feel so... yoga-y. You might work hard, you might slow way down, and there’s a pretty good chance she’ll make you smile somewhere in between.

A full-time art educator outside the studio, Emylia naturally brings creativity, curiosity, and a little bit of whimsy to the way she teaches. Whether she’s leading Hatha, Yoga Sculpt, or Full Moon Yoga, she creates an experience that feels thoughtful without being rigid and meaningful without taking itself too seriously. And when it’s finally time for Savasana? Settle in. Between that voice, the grounding energy, and the occasional essential-oil-infused cool cloth, Emylia knows how to stick the landing.
